Bush a Disaster

Republicans can take solace in one thing, though one thing only. Unlike Carter, Bush now governs with an equally incompetent and comically feckless Democratic Congress, whose low poll numbers now exceed his own. That may be the Republicans saving grace during the next election, though however it swings, Bush has been a disaster for the Republican Party.
